1. How to book?
The preferred method is by telephoning us on 01505 321111 or on the mobile number 07855 853633, alternatively you can e-mail us your question using the contact form on the Contact and Booking Details Page.

2. How much notice do I need to give for a booking?
You can book anytime however bookings get very busy so please book as early as possible to avoid disappointment.

3. How much does is cost?

4. What does the price include?
All bouncy castle booking prices include local delivery, a small charge may be needed depending on distance (please contact us for delivery rates). You will also receive a blower, extension cable and safety crash mat. The bouncy castle will also be set up including a demonstration of how to set up and deflate as well as collection at the end of the hire period. We will also try and personalise the castle where possible.

5. When are your bouncy castles available?
They are available 7 days a week all year round including holidays.

6. How long do I get the equipment for?
The hire period is determined at the time of booking and we can be flexible to suit in most cases provided there is ample notice when booking.

7. Do you hire overnight and week-ends?
Yes the rates are in our bouncy castle page; however our week-end rates can be from Friday till Monday.

8. Do I have to pay a deposit?
No full payment will be collected on delivery.

9. How do I pay?
Most people choose to pay cash on delivery; we do not accept credit cards. Cheques WILL NOT be accepted on the day. Cheque payments can be accepted prior to delivery provided there is ample time for the cheque to clear before delivery.

10. What if it rains?
Most of our castles have built in shower covers so can still be used in the rain. However Bouncy Castles should not be used in very heavy rain due to safety reasons. If the weather is so bad that it is not practical to use we would contact you on the day prior to delivery to discuss other arrangements which could include cancellation or an alternative date.

11. Can the bouncy castle be set up on a slope?
With a very slight slope it may be possible however common sense should prevail when booking it is wise to discuss this when contacting us.

12. How much space is needed?
We normally need a 3 feet wide clearance to deliver, however in most cases they can be carried through the house, although great care is taken using this route we will not be liable for any damage caused if this is the only option available. You need approximately 3 feet at the front and rear and 2 feet at the sides to allow access to the blower. Please also make sure that the garden is free from obstructions (toys, garden furniture, dog poo etc) at the allocated space for the bouncy castle.

13. How long does it take to set up inflate/ deflate/ pack up the inflatable?
The bouncy castle takes approximately 15 minutes to set up and 20 minutes to pack up. This however is only an estimate and depends on type of castle hired.

14. When I hire the bouncy castle is there anything I need to provide?
We will provide all the hardwear you will need for the castle, you will need to provide a 240 volts mains power supply.

15. Do you supply safety Instructions?
Yes we provide detailed safety Instructions with every hire.

16. Is there an age limit for children using the castles?
Yes all of our castles are suitable for children up to and including the age of 12. Anyone older and you will require one of our adult castles.
